- in case the apartments are occupied by two friendly families the terrace entries are convenient, and the fens is removed
- regular prices are listed by tourist association of Baska Voda - special agreements possible.
- the 20% prepayment is due before arrival acc. agreement.
- the 20% prepayment will be refunded in case the guest is unable to withhold the reservation supposed the landlord can rent the apartment some other way.
- in case of bad weather reasonable deduction is guaranteed by the landlord.
- the use of air-condition equipment costs 6 Eur per day.
